Clear rules for using Mochi.

Service

Mochi's Steam Farm provides hosted Steam hour-idling and, on eligible plans, ArchiSteamFarm card-farming controls. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Steam controls account access, game eligibility, card drops, and enforcement of its own agreements.

Account responsibility

You must own or be authorized to use every Steam account you connect. You are responsible for Steam Guard approvals, account security, and complying with Steam's rules. Do not use Mochi for fraud, abuse, evasion, or unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. You can manage or cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless Stripe or Mochi states otherwise.

Refunds

If the service fails materially, contact us promptly through the Discord or GitHub links in the footer. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.

Promotions and reviews

Review rewards require an honest Steam-linked review. The rating does not affect eligibility. Each account may claim one review reward. Redemption codes may have plan, duration, expiration, and usage limits and have no cash value.

Availability and risk

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific playtime recognition, card drops, marketplace value, or freedom from Steam account restrictions. Use the service at your own discretion and keep recovery methods current.

Changes and termination

We may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will use a new effective date on this page.
