What Mochi stores and why.

Information collected

We store your verified Steam ID, public Steam profile name, avatar and profile URL, connected bot labels, selected Steam App IDs, plan and billing status, reviews you publish, promotion history, and service security logs.

Steam credentials

During farm-worker setup, credentials and Steam Guard input are transmitted to your assigned private ArchiSteamFarm worker so it can sign in. Never send credentials through Discord, GitHub, reviews, or support messages.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Mochi stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers plus plan status, not complete card numbers.

How information is used

We use data to authenticate you, operate your farm, enforce plan limits, process promotions, display Steam-verified reviews, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain security.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run Mochi, such as Steam, Stripe, hosting and network providers, or when required for security or law.

Retention and choices

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, dispute, and legal records. You can delete connected bots from the dashboard. Contact us through the footer links to request account-data deletion or correction.

Security and updates

We use access controls, secure cookies, ownership checks, hashed portal secrets and redemption codes, backups, and private worker networking. No system is perfectly secure. Policy updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
